When you sign up for text messages, we collect your mobile phone number, any optional information you provide, and records of your consent. Consent records may include the signup date, signup source, and disclosure presented when you enrolled.

We also maintain information needed to operate the program, such as message delivery status, opt-out requests, and messages you send in response.

  • Send the meeting reminders, community updates, and event messages you requested.
  • Manage subscriptions and opt-out requests.

Sharing of mobile information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own use.

Opting out

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. We may retain an opt-out record to ensure you are not inadvertently resubscribed.

We retain information as needed to operate the program, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
