Information we collect
When you sign up for text messages, we collect your mobile phone number, any optional information you provide, and records of your consent. Consent records may include the signup date, signup source, and disclosure presented when you enrolled.
We also maintain information needed to operate the program, such as message delivery status, opt-out requests, and messages you send in response.
How we use this information
We use this information to:
- Send the meeting reminders, community updates, and event messages you requested.
- Manage subscriptions and opt-out requests.
- Provide support.
- Monitor delivery and maintain consent records.
Sharing of mobile information
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own use.
We may share information with service providers solely as necessary to operate the text messaging program on our behalf, such as our messaging platform and delivery providers. They may not use this information for their own marketing.

Opting out
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. We may retain an opt-out record to ensure you are not inadvertently resubscribed.

We retain information as needed to operate the program, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
