District Chairman Kenneth Li, members of the District board of directors and other local officials discussed local Chinese-Americans’ relations with the surrounding Houston community — including anti-crime partnerships with the Houston Police Department — with two diplomats from the People’s Republic of China’s embassy in Washington, D.C.
