This year’s conference will be hybrid you can learn from industry leaders, government representatives with an option to attend in person events on Day 2 to interactively network with fellow attendees. Each attendee will have an opportunity to visit over 60 exhibitors in showcasing their products and services and schedule 1 on 1 meetings with participants throughout the conference.

The Asian Chamber of Commerce will be launching ASIAN RESTAURANT MONTH beginning Memorial Day Weekend through Sunday July 4th. We are creating an awareness of the Asian culture through Asian inspired cuisine that will be highlighted by the participating food establishments.
Our goal is to show that there is a rich Asian Cuisine community in Houston, that extends beyond our cultural borders.
If you are a restaurant owner or have a favorite restaurant that you support we want invite you to get the word out and get them to become a participating food establishment. The Chamber is promoting this campaign to support our Asian community through the love of food. Participating restaurants, cafes, dessert place and food trucks don’t have to be Asian owned but ask you create an Asian inspired dish to help celebrate together.

A CALL FOR SUPPORT IN EQUIPMENT NEEDS INTO INDIA
|

With the recently developing situation in get critical supplies into India, The Asian Chamber of Commerce is helping collect financial support to procure the following needs:
• Oxygen Cylinders
• Oxygen Concentrators
• Oxygen Generators
• Ventilators
We are requesting those who are able and willing to make a contribution as we help our partner chamber (Indo American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston) raise fund to provide the first shipment of necessary supplies in the coming weeks.
Please note, The Asian Chamber is a 501(c)6 organization and CANNOT provide a tax receipt toward this contribution. All proceeds will be forward on to our partners in the efforts to help bring much needed equipment to the region.

In Celebration of Asian American and Native Hawaiian / Pacific Islander Heritage Month, the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders invites you to a virtual Community Policy Briefing. In March, the Biden-Harris administration released an AAPI fact sheet and announced additional actions to respond to anti-Asian violence, xenophobia and bias. Senior administration officials and staff will be providing an overview and updates related to the actions with participation from AAPI community organizations.
The virtual event will be on Thursday, May 27 at 10 a.m. ET.
