Connect Communities is proposing a new mixed-use building adjacent to Connect South that will include up to 80 units of mixed-income senior housing above approximately 6000 square feet of commercial space intended to be a Senior Health Clinic. The building will include all one and two-bedroom units along with onsite management offices and amenities specifically designed for seniors. The proposed development represents a potential $24MM of investment in Gulfton and is currently being considered for additional funding from the City of Houston.
Our meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month. We welcome you to invite a friend, neighbor, and other community members to our monthly meeting.
