The Southwest Management District thanks newly elected Precinct 4 County Commissioner Lesley Briones for choosing to conduct her public investiture this past weekend at the Chinese Community Center within the District boundaries and for mentioning the District as a key community partner. Several District board members looked on as U.S. Rep. Sylvia Garcia administered the oath of office to the commissioner.
