Southwest Management District board members humbly participated in a ceremony at City Hall today (April 25) where Council Member Edward Pollard, who represents the district area, included the district as a partner in recognition of National Diversity Month. Within the boundaries of the management district is the city’s most diverse populace; a place where English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic and other languages are often heard.
