The usual “coffee with a cop” kind of community event became “Boba (tea) With a Cop” Dec. 9 at Dun Huang Plaza as business owners, apartment complex managers and shoppers stopped by to help strengthen community bonds with law enforcement officers and sign trespassing affidavits that enable police to more effectively protect properties from unlawful intrusions.
