Harris County is hosting a series of public town halls to help inform where to spend $1.2 billion on public safety, roads, and parks.

On November 8, 2022, voters in Harris County will have the opportunity to vote on three bond propositions totaling $1.2 billion. This bond package would provide funding for multiple categories, including:

  1. Public safety facilities
  2. Roads, drainage, and transportation-related programs
  3. Parks and trails.

Harris County is looking for your input to share with Harris County Precinct staff as they make decisions regarding future projects that could be funded through these bonds. There are multiple ways to provide your input, including community engagement meetings, online tools, and comment submissions.

Visit HarrisCounty2022Bond.org for the meeting schedule, to leave a comment, or for additional information.
