Workers in the Southwest Management District today erected the first of 40 cameras that were leased by the District to help police catch criminals they’ve been searching for. The Flock Security cameras alert law enforcement agencies when they spot license plates connected to vehicles that were used to commit serious crimes.
The District continues to deploy security patrols and mobile security cameras, along with graffiti abatement and other projects, to increase public safety in its service area.
