Led by donor and board member Fred Bhandara, the Southwest Management District and Houston Food Bank returned to Etoile Academy Charter School today to provide dairy products, fresh produce, face masks, COVID-19 safety info and Census 2020 info to 250 families facing economic strains triggered by the pandemic.
