On January 28 the Southwest District Board of Directors and community members gathered to bid farewell to Commander Bellamy of the South Gessner HPD Substation who is leaving to take another position within the HPD. They shared stories of Commander Bellamy’s time in the community and stated he would be missed.

They also welcomed Commander Tien as the new Commander of the station and stated that they looked forward to working with him. Commander Tien stated that he was excited about the new command and looked forward to continuing the great work of Commander Bellamy and serve the Southwest District community.
