Beard Papa’s is coming to Chinatown. Per a representative, the famous (and delicious) Japanese cream puff empire, which has one Houston-area location in Katy, will open its second June 22 at 9393 Bellaire Blvd. inside Bellaire Food Street. This Beard Papa’s is set to be the largest one in America.
