Harvey Recovery Survey and Southwest Housing Resource Center

The City of Houston, through the Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD), will be administering $1.17 billion in housing recovery programs for Hurricane Harvey. This money has recently become available for a variety of Houstonians affected by Hurricane Harvey.

The following programs have been established to administer funds for housing recovery:

In addition to these methods of communication, there is a new Housing Resource Center (HRC) located in District J. At this location, residents will be able to access recovery resources and work with a housing specialist in person:
